Robert Plant Joins Concert For Refugees Tour

Robert Plant has joined the Lampedusa tour, which is an 11-day concert to benefit refugees, according to Ultimate Classic Rock.

The rocker will be joining a slew of other artists for the shows, including Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller and the Milk Carton Kids.

Plant will not be performing at all 11 shows, but will be present at seven. He will take part in the concerts in Milwaukee, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

The funds raised at these concerts will go toward educational programs for refugees around the world.

October 21, 2016 - Lisner Auditorium - Washington, DC
