SAD(A) activists burn effigy of ex-CM Rajinder Kaur Bhattal for remarks against Bhindranwala

Fatehgarh Sahib, Sep 29 (UNI) Activists of former IPS officer Simranjit Singh Mann led Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) today burnt the effigy of former Chief Minister Rajinder Kaur Bhattal for her remarks against Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala.
SAD(A) youth wing activists, led by their state president Pardeep Singh and district president Shingara Singh Badla, assembled in front of Fatehgarh Sahib Deputy Commissioner office and burnt the effigy of senior Congress leader Rajinder Kaur Bhattal.
They alleged that Ms Bhattal compared Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala with a snake, so she should immediately tender an apology, otherwise Sikh community will not tolerate it. They demanded Ms Bhattal to immediately withdraw her statement.
