Police said the woman and the suspect stay in the same residential complex in Pimple Saudagar.
He started sending lewd messages on the woman's cellphone on July 20. "He also posted obscene content on her social networking account," said a police officer from the Sangvi police station.
The officer said the suspect also called up the woman on her intercom and used obscene language against her.
