Babasiga Lions To Face Rewa, Suva
The Labasa football team will be travelling to Viti Levu to face Suva and Rewa in their Vodafone Premier League clash this weekend.
This was confirmed yesterday by Fiji Football Association competition manager, Amitesh Pal.
“The team will be travelling to play Suva at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori on Saturday at 4pm,” Pal said.
“On Sunday at the same venue the Babasiga Lions will face Rewa, again at 4pm.”
Labasa Football Association vice-president, Varun Anand said the team would be travelling without their new coach, Ronil Lal since he is away overseas.
“We are still regrouping as some of our players have left us because of the transfer window. So right now we are still trying to put together a strong team for this weekend’s matches,” he added.
