Vasyl Lomachenko will make the first defence of his WBO super-featherweight title against the fearsome NIcholas Walters on November 26.
The 28-year-old Ukrainian (6-1-KO4) won the title from Roman Martinez with a vicious five-round stoppage in June and will now face unbeaten Jamaican, Walters, in Las Vegas.
Walters (26-0-1-KO21) previously held the WBA world featherweight crown - a belt he defended with brutal displays of power against the likes of Nonito Donaire and Vic Darchinyan.
'The Axe Man' struggled to make the 126lb limit from thereon and failed the weight when he faced Miguel Marriaga before an underwhelming majority decision win over Jason Sosa on his super-featherweight debut.
Lomachenko is widely regarded as one of the finest amateur boxers of all time, boasting a record of 396-1. His sole defeat - to Albert Selimov - was avenged twice.
