Security arrangements made for festivals

KANPUR: The district administration will install CCTVs at Ramlila and Durga puja pandals to keep a vigil on crowd.
According to district administration, special security arrangements had been made for Ramlila and Durga puja which will commence from October 1 as well as Moharram on October 13.
Additional district magistrate city Avinash Singh convened a meeting with various Ramlila committees and discussed their problems including cleanliness and power issues.
The organisers had been asked to seek a no objection certificate from assistant director power security Fazalganj before organising Ramlila and puja pandal, said ADM city.
