Three films of the actress releasing next month This October could well belong to
Priyamani — three of her films are releasing in the month including two on the same day. On October 7, her long pending
Dana Kayonu with
Duniya Vijay and directed by
Yograj Bhat will be released. On the same day,
Idolle Ramayana, directed by
Prakash Rai, will also hit the screens. Later in the month, the multistarrer
Chauka, directed by
Tharun Sudhir, will be released.
Priyamani has had two releases in
Kannada this year —
Kathe Chitrakathe Nirdeshana and
Kalpana 2. Both were horror films. She was also seen as a judge in a television stage show this year.
Dana
Kayonu has been in the making for two years and the release has come out of the blue. Idolle Ramayana is another remake from the stable of Prakash Rai who has maintained a clean slate of directing only remake films.
Chauka is one of the most anticipated films of the year being the first real multistarrer in years.
