Seeking his police custody for the second time, the EOW said it wanted to investigate the letters sent to the financial firm confirming and reconfirming the balance payable to it and the acknowledgment of debt and loan agreement between the two.
“During the investigation, 35 bank accounts have been revealed. The accounts are in the name of the accused company or its directors. Further, it is also revealed that among the accounts, money had been deposited by the complainant’s company (Capri Global),” the EOW remand plea said. It added that police will be verifying the bank accounts besides the fund flow in Aggarwal’s custodial interrogation.
The court then granted the custody to EOW till October 1.
