New Delhi: A 20-year-old man was
stabbed to death by two men in east Delhi’s
Geeta Colony on Monday night when he intervened in a fight involving his brother, police said. The accused have been arrested.
The deceased, Govind, was a lawyer. Police said when Govind returned home from work, he saw two men arguing with his brother,
Dharamvir. An officer said: “Govind told the duo to back off or he would call the police.
The argument flared up further and one of the men stabbed Govind 5-6 times.”
As Govind collapsed, the two men fled from the spot. Police were called in and Govind was rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead. A murder case has been registered.
