Metallica release video for new song
Did you know that moths go absolutely nuts for Metallica? It's a scientific fact backed up by the thrash legends' video for the new track “Moth Into Flame”, the second song released off the band's upcoming album “Hardwired …To Self-Destruct”.
Like they did with “Hardwired”, Metallica offer a no-frills video for “Moth Into Flame”, performing the explosive cut in a black room filled with light bulbs while fans get a few moments of Metallica playing the new track in moth-vision.
“Hardwired…To Self-Destruct” releases on November 18 and was produced by Greg Fidelman, along with front-man James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich, and is available for pre-order in a variety of configurations including 12 songs on a double CD, vinyl, digital download, as well as a deluxe version including cover songs and live tracks.
The iconic thrash metal act rocked the 2016 Global Citizen Festival on September 24, playing to a massive crowd in New York City's iconic Central Park.
