LONDON, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- Hermione Granger's home in the London-area suburb of Hampstead has 'apparated' on the market for the first time in 60 years, and is listed at $3.1 million.

The home was briefly featured in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 when Hermione returned home to wipe her parents' memory to protect them from Lord Voldemort.

The listing describes the 2490 square foot house as three stories with six bedrooms and a "substantial private garden."

Also for sale is the home Harry lived in with the Dursley's, 4 Privet Drive, and is a little cheaper at $620,000.

This home, which is actually located at 12 Picket Post Close on the outskirts of London, even features a cupboard under the stairs.
