Rosie O’Donnell is firing back at Donald Trump, calling the GOP presidential nominee an “orange anus” after he said during a presidential debate that she “deserved” the attacks she faced in their ongoing war of words.

{mosads}Toward the end of Monday night’s debate between Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, the former “Apprentice” host reignited his long-running feud with O’Donnell.

“You know, Hillary is hitting me with tremendous commercials. Some of it’s said in entertainment,” Trump said, when moderator Lester Holt asked about Trump’s remark earlier this month that Clinton doesn’t have a “presidential look.”

“Some of it’s said — somebody who’s been very vicious to me, Rosie O’Donnell, I said very tough things to her, and I think everybody would agree that she deserves it and nobody feels sorry for her,” Trump said.

O’Donnell, a former “The View” co-host and Broadway star, took to Twitter to respond:

In a series of tweets, O’Donnell bashed the White House hopeful, calling him “an illusion.” She also wrote in response to one of her nearly 900,000 followers:

Trump has doubled down on past insults of the comedian before from their feud, which is believed to have stemmed from comments O’Donnell made in 2006 on “The View,” criticizing Trump’s remarks about a contestant in his Miss USA pageant. He’s dubbed her a “pig” and a “loser,” while O’Donnell has called Trump’s campaign “a nightmare.”
