Train services disrupted on Howrah-Delhi route near Etawah

Etawah, Sep 27(UNI) Train services on the busy Howrah-Delhi route was disrupted today following derailment of four wagons of a goods train near Barhan in Agra district this morning. Railway sources here said that the accident occurred at around 0730 hours and the route was affected due to the derailment. None was injured in the accident. Efforts were on to repair the tracks and officials said that the route would be cleared within an hour. However, due to the derailment, Kanpur- Delhi Shatabadi and Delhi bound Kolkata Rajdhani express trains have been stranded at different stations. The New Delhi- Lucknow Shatabadi express has been diverted through Moradabad route. UNI MB ADG PM1107
