A 54-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after his all-terrain vehicle collided with a car in Knutsford, P.E.I.
The RCMP and emergency crews responded to the crash on Route 142 around 8:37 p.m. Saturday.
Police say the driver of the ATV was not wearing a helmet. He was taken to the Prince County Hospital with serious injuries.
The three occupants of the car were not injured.
The highway was closed for several hours while police cleared the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
