Who does Ranveer Singh call in tears after winning every award

Ranveer Singh is clearly at the top of his game after clinching the Best Actor Award for 'Bajirao Mastani' at all major film award functions this year. The quirky actor has come a long way since his debut in 'Band Baaja Baaraat' back in 2010.

But has success and stardom changed him over the years? Shanoo Sharma, the YRF casting director, who discovered Ranveer, was asked this question in an interview to which she replied with an affirmative.Shanoo said that Ranveer had indeed changed but only for the better. She revealed that after winning every award, Ranveer calls her in tears to thank her and that she thanks him for verifying her instinct. The casting director said that in Ranveer's case, she had a gut instinct and that he is recognised as her work now.
