    As one afternoon in Mumbai slowly turned into evening, restaurateur Riyaaz Amlani could not have asked for a more patient bunch of guests. The event to launch NRAI India Food Services Report 2016 in Mumbai, saw some of the biggest names in the industry, including Amit Jatia of McDonalds, Anurag Katriar of Indigo, Chetan Arora of Subway, Sanjay Coutinho of Baskin Robbins, Vijay Kamat of Vithal Kamat, Gauri Devidayal of The Table as well as chefs Vicky Ratnani, Rahul Akerkar and Saransh Goila.

    During the wait for the chief guest Jaykumar Jitendrasinh Rawal, Minister of Tourism, Maharashtra, the guests were seen deep in conversation with Devidayal and Akerkar. Kishore DF, Director at Bang On Consulting was seen mingling with Aman Amand, Director at Kickstart Entertainment as Ryan Tham and Keenan Tham of Tham Hospitality sipped tea by the bar. The event finally took off once the minister arrived and the best part? Majority of the guests stayed – talk about being good hosts and guests.
