Clarisonic Mia Fit

As regular readers know by now, I'm not the best with time management. I seem to operate on a different time frame to everyone else! So anything that saves time is a must for me. I'm gushing, but when something is this good, I'm gonna gush, gush, GUSH!

I'm talking about the new Clarisonic Mia Fit, above, €299. It's perfect for a carry-on bag, gym bag or handbag. Even though it's much smaller than the older model, it features two speed settings: 60-second Delicate and 80-second Power Clean.

In case you haven't converted to a Clarisonic face cleanser, they use sonic technology to gently remove impurities from the pores by oscillating back and forth, so skin is left refined and super clean; this allows serums and moisturisers to penetrate better.

As an Oral-B electric toothbrush lover, I couldn't wait to try the new Genius 9000 brush, below, €200, at Boots. It comes with lots of bells and whistles: a travel case, and the ability to recharge via the case and via USB; four different heads; built-in Bluetooth; position-detection technology - which means that the toothbrush can register where you are brushing and where you aren't! I mightn't always use all those things, but I just love how light it is, and how quickly it cleans my teeth and makes them feel fab. Right, I'm late, gotta go!

Triona's trick

I have many, many talents in life, but painting my nails down to my knuckles isn't one of them!

If painting your own nails is beyond you, try using a cotton bud, like I do, dipped in some coconut oil or Vaseline, and rub it around the skin and cuticles of your nails before you apply any polish. Now, if I get polish on my skin, it won't stick.

You Lil Sheet

Regenerating mask

I'm so tired today. All I want to do is crawl into my bed.

I'm definitely getting to bed early tonight. I'm in love with using a sheet mask to help me relax in bed. The whole world has gone tissue-mask mad, in fact!

Iroha Nature is my latest find. Each mask creates an occlusive film on the skin to stimulate microcirculation, which then aids absorption. With 23mls of potent serum, the mask only needs to be left on for 15 minutes - you can then massage in the remaining serum.

Every mask is hyaluronic-acid-based, with additional ingredients. The Regenerating mask, above, €9.99, from pharmacies nationwide, is my perfect post-party mask, as it's for dry and mature skins thanks to added argan oil and Q10.

Coming to Dublin: Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue

Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue, above, is coming to Dublin next weekend to take part in the Arnotts Style Sessions, which will feature a fabulous line-up of influencers, bloggers, stylists and ME!

Come in and have a good gawk at me and pick up some of my top tips, tricks and product picks during my interactive Beauty Masterclasses at 11am, 2pm and 3.30pm on Saturday, October 1.

There will be so many exciting events, masterclasses and workshops taking place throughout the Arnotts fashion and beauty departments.

Just like Rosie, I'm a fan of Ren skincare, and, when I'm in Arnotts, I always pick up a tube of Wake Up Wonderful, €40. It's a leave-on, overnight treatment that works while you sleep for a more even, luminous complexion. I'll definitely be featuring this product during my masterclass. Victoria Beckham x Estee Lauder

Oh, how I laughed when Victoria Beckham first launched her fashion line. Well, on the last count, I have four of her pieces, and am currently crushing on a one-shoulder black dress.

So when the mum-of-four launched her 14-piece limited-edition make-up collection with Estee Lauder, I knew some of it was going to make its way into my cosmestics bag. This carefully curated collection, Victoria Beckham x Estee Lauder, available from Brown Thomas, is organised into four looks; each one is named after a favourite city of hers. So we have London, which is all dark eye colours and gold hues; New York, above, has nudes and greys; Los Angeles is about bronze and gold; and the Paris look is all emerald eyes and red lips.

The packaging is to-die-for. The heavy compacts come in gold and ribbed black leather. I adore the Morning Aura Illuminating Creme, below, €80, a gold-flecked 2-in-1 moisturiser and primer. And yes, in my make-up bag, the Lip Liner in Victoria, €27, a matte nude shade, is my go-to now for most lipsticks, while the Lipstick in Chilean Sunset, €40, is my night-time number.

Les Extraits Verts from Tom Ford

I was in Brown Thomas recently, and, of course, I was straight over to the Tom Ford counter, going gaga for the new Private Blend Collection, Les Extraits Verts.

Based around 'greens', hence the verts in Vert D'Encens, Vert Des Bois and Vert Boheme, right, my absolute fave. My face was very vert altogether when I asked the price. €188! Expensive AF, but for you, of course, I did my 'I'm just thinking about buying it' face!
