Juan Mata was instrumental in the first two of these goals, scoring on a lovely bit of through play and then redirecting a corner to Marcus Rashford, who scored his third goal in three games to put United up 3-0. Moments later another corner brought glory when Paul Pogba directed a powerful header in to put four on the board.
The first United goal, scored in the 22nd minute, came from Chris Smalling. Demarai Gray pulled one back for Leicester with a gorgeous effort in the 59th minute.
