Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 24 2016 7:20PM Prepare plans to avoid loss of lives, restoration of power: CMVijayawada, Sep 24 (UNI) Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today directed the officials of electricity department to prepare action plan to face any eventualities during the heavy rainfall and cyclone-prone months of October and November and remain fully geared up for implementation of action plan for disaster management. In a statement here, Principal Secretary of Energy, I&I and CRDA Ajay Jain said that as per the direction of the Chief Minister, he held a teleconference with over 6,250 field level officers of AP DISCOMs and other officials and had given clear cut instructions to the officials to implement the following measures for 100 per cent restoration of power supply within a maximum period of 48 hours in urban areas and 96 hours in rural areas.
