Simbu gains weight to play an elderly role in Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan

Twitterati and fans have been praising the actor and expressing excitement ever since the news came out.

For the first time, Simbu will be playing triple roles in AAA. Earlier the name and the first look of his other character, Madura Michael, was revealed.

Actress Tamannaah, meanwhile, will be playing the leading lady in the film. She will be sharing screen space with STR for the first time.

“Very Happy to announce that @tamannaahspeaks is on board,pairing with @iam_str for the first time in #AnbanavanAsaradhavanAdangadhavan #Sirappu,” Ravichandran had tweeted earlier.

According to reports, Tamannaah’s character is called Ramya and we won’t just see her as an eye candy in the film. She readily agreed to be a part of the project since the script gave her a lot of scope for performance.

AAA is directed by Ravichandran, who made his debut with last year’s adult comedy film, Trisha Illana Nayanthara which had music composer and actor GV Prakash in the lead. The Simbu-starrer is produced by Michael Rayappan under Global Infotainment banners and has music from Yuvan Shankar Raja. The shooting of the film is going on in Chennai.
