FAISALABAD-Man murdered his one-year-old daughter after separation from his wife as she had moved the court for the custody of her daughter.
Millat Town police said Gurba Shahzadi, a resident of Chak 73/RB, gave an application to police saying that she was wedded with Ashfaq, a resident of Rehman Town. Two months earlier, her husband after torturing separated from her. However, they had one-year-old daughter namely Marrum. She further said that her husband along with his mother, sister and cousin had killed her daughter as she filed a writ petition before the court to get her daughter back.
She also blamed that her husband and other accused killed and buried her at unknown place. Police on the application of Garba Shahzadi have registered a case against them on the charge of killing the girl, torturing and hiding the body.
