Srinagar, Sept 23: Border Security Forces (BSF) today opened fire at the Line of Control in Keran sector of Kupwara in North Kashmir after it observed suspicious movement.
The BSF deployed at the forward posts along the LoC at Upper Bore in Keran sector opened fire after it saw suspicious movement on the LoC early today.
Massive searches were launched by Army and BSF near the LoC in the area. However, nothing was found.
Yesterday Army foiled two infiltration attempts in North Kashmir’s Nowgam sector.
