Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 23 2016 3:47PM The from Jabuwa, booked under MCOCA Act, acquitted by Thane courtThane, Sep 23 (UNI) Three persons from Jabhuwa of Madhya Pradesh who were arrested by the district police here and tried under the MCOCA Act, were acquitted of all the charges by the court here, including that of dacoity on the office bearers of the Congress, who were proceeding to attend a meeting of the Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi. District Judge PR Kadam in his order held that the prosecution had miserably failed to prove the charges against the trio beyond reasonable doubt and hence they need to be relieved from all the charges against them. The trio acquitted by the courts after a long trial include Naniya Jaisigh Macchar (28), Mukesh Sattur Bhuriya (19) and Rasul Kesia Dhamore (28).
