With Khris Middleton out for nearly the entire season and the Bucks lacking wing depth, their training-competition at the position becomes much more relevant.
The Xavier Henry experiment ends before it begins, and Jabari Brown enters the mix with Orlando Johnson already on an unguaranteed deal.

The Bucks are bringing ex-Lakers shooting guard Jabari Brown to training camp, a source told The Undefeated. https://t.co/mMcllU8IYT

Milwaukee has 15 players, the regular-season roster limit, with guaranteed salaries. It’s unclear whom the Bucks would drop if Brown proves deserving of a roster spot – a lower bar considering Milwaukee is so desperate at wing.
Brown is a good outside shooter, but he has a ways to go defensively. At 23, he offers some upside, but the Bucks need help now.
Correction: This post previously said Rasual Butler is signing with Milwaukee. He’s signing with the Timberwolves.
