Reebok founder's 14-acre Brookline estate on market for $90 million
The founder of Reebok has put his 14-acre Brookline estate on the market for $90 million.
Woodland Manor at 150 Woodland Road, which is surrounded by the Brookline Country Club and Putterham Meadows Golf Course, is owned by Paul and Phyllis Fireman.
The property features rolling lawns, ponds, sculpted rock outcrops and a horticultural encyclopedia of specimen plantings.
A winding driveway, one-third of a mile long, leads to the home, designed by Shope Reno Wharton and built in 2000.
The home has more than 26,000 square feet of living space and features more than 5,000 square feet of Deer Island granite terraces.
Every exterior and interior stone was individually hand drawn with two- and three-dimensional project drawings.
Detailed custom profiles of quoins, cornices, lintels, keystones, balconies, chimneys and decorative carvings are included.
The estate is marketed exclusively by Jonathan P. Radford and Deborah M. Gordon, sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, through the company's luxury marketing division, Coldwell Banker Previews International.
Paul Fireman is the founder of Reebok and currently serves as chairman of Fireman Capital Partners. He and his wife, Phyllis, established The Paul & Phyllis Fireman Charitable Foundation, which works to end family homelessness in Massachusetts.
