Glamorgan lost their last six wickets for just 10 runs as Leicestershire pulled off an incredible 26-run victory in their Division Two Specsavers County Championship match at the Fischer County Ground.
Resuming on 11-1 and needing 181 to win, the visitors were wobbling at 36-3 before rallying to lunch just 45 runs short of what would be their fourth Championship win of the season.
However Clint McKay (3-42) seamed consecutive deliveries back in to win lbw decisions against Kiran Carlson and then - perhaps a touch fortunately - Craig Meschede.
In the next over, Mark Wallace pushed forward to Charlie Shreck (4-33) and edged to Ned Eckersley and Timm Van Der Gugten, deep in his crease, survived only one ball before being pinned leg before.
Michael Hogan drove airily and edged McKay behind the wicket, and then a despairing and desperate William Bragg, who had been watching in disbelief at the other end, lofted Shreck high towards the cover boundary where Harry Dearden, making his home debut, held the calmest of catches to seal the most unlikely of wins.

Having been finally bowled out for 435, Sussex took three Gloucestershire wickets in the final session to leave the hosts 118 runs behind on 88-3 - Danny Briggs claiming 2-15.
Gloucestershire's hopes, once again, rest on the shoulders of Chris Dent, who will begin the final day of the season, unbeaten on 47.
Essex need three runs with only one wicket in hand to avoid the possibility of a final-day follow-on against Kent after reaching stumps on 289-9 at Canterbury.
After bowling out Kent for 441 in the morning session, champions Essex lost wickets at regular intervals in this clash between the top two sides in Division Two.
However, an unbroken 10th-wicket stand worth 22 between David Masters and Matt Dixon has at least given the visitors a great chance to avoid batting again on the last day of the campaign.

Harvey Hosein scored his maiden County Championship century but Derbyshire were forced to follow on after another impressive performance with the ball by Worcestershire paceman Joe Leach at New Road.
Wicketkeeper Hosein registered his fourth successive fifty-plus score and reached three figures off 240 balls with his 11th boundary - through midwicket off Ed Barnard.
It was a perfect reminder of his potential in the week that Derbyshire signed Gary Wilson from Surrey on a three-year contract.
But Leach followed up his century on Wednesday with his fifth five-wicket haul of the campaign as Derbyshire were bowled out for 248, with the only real resistance coming from Hosein and Greg Cork, who made 49.
Leach finished with 5-60 and also dismissed Ben Slater for a duck as Derbyshire's second innings started poorly - they were 15-1 by stumps.
