Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 22 2016 7:51PM Shiv Sena chief visits sculptor Santaji Chaugule's workshop in KolhapurKolhapur, Sep 22 (UNI) Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray today paid a surprise visit to a sculptor's workshop at Hanuman Nagar in Shiye village of Karvir tehsil of this district, some 10 km from here, to inspect the work of a life-size statue of Shiv Sena supremo late Bal Thackeray.In a flying visit, Mr Thackeray arrived from Mumbai at Ujalaiwadi Airport this afternoon especially for this purpose and left directly to Shiye village through Pune-Bangalore national highway, on outskirts of the city, and reached the workshop of sculptor Santaji Chaugule at Hanuman Nagar in Shiye village along with state Public Works Department Minister Eknath Shinde and Milind Narvekar.Mr Chaugule is making a life-size statue of late Mr Thackeray, which will be installed in Kalyan-Dombivli township in Thane district.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Shiv Sena chief visits sculptor Santaji Chaugule's workshop in Kolhapur
