The popular Bollywood film ‘Kaala Chasma’ song is going viral! And Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra film Baar Baar Dekho has virtually nothing to do with it. The duo that is powering the song in the digital space is Telugu actress Surekha Vani and her daughter.
In fact, the ‘Kaala Chasma’ song is having a spectacular effect on social media as the actress and her daughter have given it their unique take, dancing in a raunchy manner that has caused a storm to break on the Internet with a lot of traditonal-minded people taking up positions against what has been posted.
While the movie Baar Baar Dekho was not really able to draw too many eye-balls in theatres, this particular song and dance sequence is drawing attention aplenty because of the mother-daughter duo’s gyrating routine.
Surekha Vani has mostly acted in traditional roles in the movies that she has done so far. She has usually landed roles that involved acting out a mother or sister’s role. So, the idea of her in the mind of the fans is very traditional. She is in fact appreciated by fans for her roles that shunned skin-show and worse.
Now that she has gone ahead and done this raunchy number and that too wearing extremely short shorts, it has disappointed her fans and they have taken to the social networks to blast her for it. What is more, even her daughter is seen in the video playing out the song in full. Some have said Surekha should not have worn the revealing shorts knowing fully well that the video was likely to go viral.
