Collector approves Rs 5.55 lakh project submitted by PTA Rahim MLA
KOZHIKODE: District collector N Prasanth here on Tuesday accorded administrative sanction to purchase computers for five government and aided schools fall in the limits of Adv P T A Rahim MLA . Collector granted permission for the proposal worth Rs5.55 lakh submitted to purchase computers, UPS and a smart board at various schools fall under its constituency limit.
The MLA has submitted a proposal to the collector seeking permission to make use of special development fund to purchase computers.
A total of eight computers and UPS will be set up at REC Government VHSS at a cost of Rs 2.02 lakh. A sum of Rs 2.02 lakh will be utilised to purchase four computers and UPS each for the VHSS Nayarkuzhi and Eringallur Government HSS. Another Rs 50,560 will be sued to purchase two computers and UPS at Paigottupuram ALP School and a smart board at a cost of Rs 1 lakh will be set up at Kunnamangalam AUP school.
