 National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Senior Research Officers, Assistant Registrar, Deputy Superintendent, Section Officers, Assistant Account Officers, Inspector, Research Assistant, Programmer Assistant, Junior Translator (Hindi), Junior Accountant, Constable posts. Eligibility Criteria for NHRC Recruitment 2016

Educational Qualification: The willing aspirants should have completed Bachelor Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.

Age Limit: Age Limit: Candidates Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 56 Years. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules

Pay Scale:Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- With 6600/- Grade Pay (Post 1,2),Rs. 9,300-34,800/- With 5400/4200/- Grade Pay (Post 3-9), Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- With 2000/2400/- Grade Pay (Post 10,11).

Selection Procedure for NHRC Recruitment 2016

The selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written examination, interview and other test if required by the employer.

About NHRC: The Rights Commission (NHRC) of India is among the prominent autonomous bodies constituted on 12 October 1993 under the Protection of Human Rights Ordinance of 28 September 1993. It was given a statutory basis by the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (TPHRA). The NHRC is the national human rights institution, responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the Act as “rights relating to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the Constitution or embodied in the International Covenants”.

“Human Rights” means the rights relating to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the constitution or embodied in the International covenants and enforceable by courts in India. “Commission” means the National Human Rights Commission constituted under section of All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights known as Human rights, as commonly understood, are the rights that every human being is entitled to enjoy freely irrespective of his religion, race, caste, sex and nationality, etc.
