BackSpiceJet announces seven new connections from Kolkata

Kolkata: Spicejet Ltd on Monday announced that it will start seven new connections from Kolkata, five in October and two in December.
Spicejet will connect Kolkata by direct flights to Silchar, Aizawl, Guwahati, Gorakhpur and Vishakhapatnam from early October. And from December, the airline will start services to Dhaka and Chittagong in Bangladesh, it chairman and managing director Ajay Singh said.
Spicejet will also start direct flights between Kolkata and Jaipur, and will add flights in the Kolkata-Bangkok route, but Singh didn’t give any timeframe for these additions.
