12 unauthorized marriage halls sealed during ADA drive

ALLAHABAD: At least 11 shops, waiting to be auctioned for past 34 years at Old Ghantaghar were disposed off and 12 unauthorized marriage halls were sealed by Allahabad Development Authority (ADA) on Monday. The authority also removed decade-old encroachments in Naini.
Secretary, ADA, Gudakesh Sharma said, "In one of the biggest anti-encroachment drives carried out by the authority. Scores of makeshift shops were also bulldozed at Phaphamau."
