ECG Challenge: Exercise-Induced Palpitations

A 34-year-old woman who is very physically active presents to the emergency department with a history of palpitations. While performing aerobics, she developed an episode of palpitations that persisted, bringing her to the hospital. While an ECG was being obtained, she noted that the palpitations abruptly resolved.
