63rd RSC CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. –The 63rd Regional Support Command will hold a change of command ceremony, 10 a.m., Sept. 25, on the parade field at Moffett Field.
Brig. Gen. Brian Alvin will replace Maj. Gen. Nickolas Tooliatos as commanding general of the 63rd RSC. Tooliatos will retire after 36 years of service to the Army Reserve. Tooliatos has served as the commanding general of the 63rd RSC since 2013.
Alvin’s most recent assignment was as Director of J4 (Wartime), Individual Mobilization Augmentee, United States Forces Korea. Prior to that he served as commander of the 645th Regional Support Group, Southfield, Michigan, and deployed with the group headquarters to Kandahar, Afghanistan, in May 2011.
