James Corden’s stateside hit – The Late Late Show – could be coming to the UK, co-host Reggie Watts has said.
The programme's Carpool Karaoke segments - featuring stars including Adele and Britney Spears - have been a massive draw, picking up tens of millions of views on YouTube.
Speaking at the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, band-leader Watts said: "I think (James) is always going to have a strong association to the UK.
"I love the UK. We're thinking of maybe, possibly, bringing the show there - just for fun for a couple of shows.
"I keep mentioning it. Who knows if it will happen. I think that would be absolutely wonderful."
The Late Late Show was nominated at the Emmys in the variety talk show category but lost out to Last Week Tonight, hosted by John Oliver.
Corden did a special version of Carpool Karaoke for the event, driving host Jimmy Kimmel to the venue.
Discussing The Late Late Show's success, Watts said he was "not totally surprised".
"James is such a good personable person, and he has so much talent, that if it's framed right, of course it's going to be great."
The Late Late Show can be seen in the UK on Sky One, the day after it is broadcast by CBS in America.
