Kenyan robbed, assaulted

New Delhi: A 27-year-old Kenyan woman was abducted, assaulted and robbed by three unidentified men in south Delhi’s Safdarjung Enclave early on Saturday.
Police said the trio met the woman outside a club in Hauz Khas and offered her a lift to her accommodation in Chhatarpur. The incident took place around 2am.
Police said that the men took the woman to some deserted place and asked her for her belongings.“When she resisted and asked them to stop the car, they beat her up and took her valuables. They then left her there,” said a senior police officer.
Police said the woman found her way out and was taken to AIIMS Trauma Center by a passerby. A case of robbery and assault has been registered.
