R Madhavan attending the Toronto International Film Festival

Considered as one of the nicest actors in Bollywood, R Madhavan is known for his diverse choice of roles. Having starred in films such as 'Tanu Weds Manu', '3 Idiots', 'Rang De Basanti' and several others, Madhavan has carved a niche for himself both in Bollywood as well as in the South film industry. The talented actor is currently attending the popular Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in Canada and took time out to meet some of his childhood friends and travel around Canada in a caravan.Not only did Madhavan hire a customised personal caravan to explore the beautiful country but also whipped up tasty vegetarian meals for his buddies.
The actor also attended a party, where he met popular TV and film personalities like Dennis Haysbert and Michael Irby. Said Madhavan, 'I attended the festival to give a speech at one of the events. I met Dennis and Michael at the after-party. I chatted with them about Bollywood and Hollywood, and how both the industries are catering to the same audience. Hollywood films are releasing in India, and are even competing with Hindi films at the box office.'
