Filmare rating: 2.5/5

Rang Reza (Female version) sung by Asees Kaur and composed by Asad Khan is the standout song of the album. The classical based melody is enhanced by sitar riffs. Its male version, sung by Yasser Desai offers a different take on Raqueeb Alam’s lyrics, which are about falling madly in love with someone.

Yasser does have a melodious voice and uses it to enhance the duet Main Adhoora, where he’s accompanied by Aakansha Sharma. Written by Sameer Anjaan and composed by Sanjeev Darshan, this song feels something out of the Nadeem-Shravan stable, and why not, considering Sanjeev and Darshan are Shravan’s sons.

Pyaar de, sung and composed by Ankit Tiwari and written by Abhyendra Kumar Upadhyay is one of those lust and longing songs that have been perfected by Ankit of late. His voice suits the composition and elevates it from falling into the been-there, done-that bin.
Hug me sung by Kanika Kapoor and Raghav Sachar and also composed by him is a sultry come hither number that’s slowly becoming the trademark of Kanika. You want to listen to this Kumaar number just because of her voice.

Mar gaye with lyrics by Raftaar and music by Manj Musik is sung by Nindy Kaur, Manj Musik with rap by Raftaar. It’ one of those compulsory Punjabi pop numbers that have become a part of our films of late. Foot-tapping music and funky lyrics are the trademarks of such songs and Mar gaye ticks both boxes. It has a full on Punjabi version too but really there isn’t much to differentiate between the two.

Mere peeche Hindustan is written by Sameer Anjaan, sung by Yasser Desai and Sukriti Kakar, and has music by Amjad-Nadeem, who are the nephews of musical duo Sajid-Wajid. It’s one fun number where the heroine is staking claim to her popularity and for once, we agree.

Beiimaan Love, going by the promos, looks like a rauncy film about lust and betrayal and the music caters to the theme. The OST has a very workmanlike approach to the subject, with few surprises thrown in. But who needs surprises when all eyes would anyways be fixed on its heroine Sunny Leone.
