EC team to visit UP to take stock of poll preparedness

Lucknow, Sep 17(UNI) Deputy Election Commissioner Vijay Deo, along with three of the Election Commission (EC) officials, would be on a two-day Uttar Pradesh visit from September 19 to take stock of the poll preparedness for the Assembly polls early next year.
According to official sources here today, the EC team will start their visit from Sitapur where they will review the ongoing revision of electoral rolls and other things for a smooth and fair elections.
The next day, they will hold video conferencing with the officials of all 75 districts from Lucknow to now the facts about each and every districts.
