Here we have some bad news for ‘Kaala Teeka’ fans out there! Yet another actress quits the popular Zee TV show. Yes, that’s right, actress Fenil Umrigar who plays the character of Gauri in the show has bid adieu to the popular show. Few weeks back, actor Bhupinder Singh quit the show and now actress Fenil quitting news came as the show to the show makers, as she plays the lead role. According to an entertainment portal, actress Fenil was not happy with the way her character was been portrayed on the show. The actress rose to popularity and was quite popular for her role as Sanjana in Channel V’s ‘Best Friends’. The gorgeous lady even informed the production house and channel on September 13 about her decision. Actress has put down her papers and we further heard that the actress is serving her notice period which will end in the mid of December.

Reportedly, it is said that the actress might even stay back if her character turns positive and audiences like her character. Simran Parneeja and Rohan Gandotra play the lead roles in the show. Recently, we informed you that actor Mayank Gandhi was injured while shooting for a sequence for “Kaala Teeka” show. He broke his finger while shooting an action sequence and the actor refused to take a break and completed the shooting of particular scene. Mayank portrays the character of a mentally challenged in the show. “You have to prioritise work above your comfort if the situation calls for it. The scene was important and the set-up was already done. Such accidents keep happening, because of which one shouldn’t stop working,” Mayank said in a statement.

Recalling the incident, the actor shared: “It was a very intense scene where I had to break the window of the car…I got carried away…I realised I had crashed my fist into the window with full vengeance only when I saw my hand bleeding.” “The crew members immediately sprang to their feet and rushed in to help. I consulted the doctor, got my first-aid, had my medicines and decided to finish the sequence with the help of the production house.”
