Starting left cornerback Xavier Rhodes and top interior defensive lineman Sharrif Floyd are out for the Minnesota Vikings' Sunday night game against NFC North rival Green Bay, the first regular-season date for the franchise at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Rhodes missed Week 1 at Tennessee with a knee injury and was not able to return to practice this week. The former first-round pick is in the final year of his rookie contract.

Floyd (knee) was limited against the Titans to just 25 snaps and was ruled out by head coach Mike Zimmer on Friday.

However, starting left tackle Matt Kalil (knee) was back at practice and will play against the Packers.

With Rhodes out, the Vikings' top three cornerbacks against Green Bay's base three-wide receiver formation are Trae Waynes, Terence Newman and Captain Munnerlyn.

Rodgers was 16 of 34 at Minnesota last season and the Vikings recorded five sacks of the former NFL MVP in the Week 17 finale at Green Bay.
