Spain Labor Cost Declines In Q2

Spain's labor cost declined for the second straight time in the June quarter, the statistical office INE said Friday.

Labor cost dropped 0.1 percent year-on-year in the second quarter, following a 0.2 percent fall in the previous quarter.

The labor cost per worker per month gained 0.1 percent, while labor cost per hour decreased 3.9 percent.

On a quarterly basis, labor cost per worker increased 0.2 percent in the second quarter.
