Amruta, Ssharad, Mona and Nia in Comedy Nights Bachao 2

After playing the quintessential hero and heroine in daily soaps and films, Amruta Khanvilkar, Ssharad Malhotra, Mona Singh and Nia Sharma, will try their hands at comedy with the second season of Comedy Nights Bachao.

While Mona has exhibited her comic timing on numerous occasions, it will be a first for Ssharad and Amruta. Says Amruta, “The real challenge lies in maintaining dignity while being funny.I am in awe of Krushna Abhishek’s energy and Bharti Singh’s wit. They are infectious and selfless.”
Contrary to reports suggesting that season two of Bachao will be revamped on the lines of Comedy Circus, a source informs us, “Roasting celebrities is the basic fabric of the show, which can’t be tampered with. The hardcore roasting anyway made way for banters and leg-pulling in the first season, which will remain intact in the upcoming one, too.”
Producer Vipul D Shah remained unavailable for comment.
