Toyota Kirloskar Motor announced the launch of the New Platinum Etios and New Etios Liva in India. Along with this, Toyota also standardizes Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) across all Toyota models and in all variants. This is great move my Toyota to improve the security of its passengers no matter which variant or which model they buy.
Toyota New Etios gets the bold new design, safety features, and performance improvement. Both the car gets revamped Exterior & Interior.
The Exterior includes All new front and rear bumper, new front grille, new fog lamp bezel, New Alloys wheel (Liva Only) and New Rear Chrome garnish with Reflectors (Etios).
The Interior includes New Dual Tone Instrument panel with Black & Ivory color, new seat fabric Ivory, new Optitron Combimeter and foldable rear seats. The Etios gets new foldable rear arm rest with a spacious cabin.
In the security department, both the car will get dual front airbags fro both driver and passengers as a standard feature. Also, new dual ISOFIX child seat locks for all models & all grades and all 5 Seats with 3 point ELR (Emergency Locking Retractor ) Seatbelts With Pre Tensioner and Force Limiter (PTFL) for front seats.
