Lucifer: Prithviraj's directorial debut to have Mohanlal in the lead role

Prithviraj, who is basking in the success of his Oozham, which is directed by Jeetu Joseph, is going to make his directorial debut in a Malayalam film titled Lucifer.

But that's not the end of it. The film will feature Mollywood megastar Mohanlal in the lead role.

Interestingly, both Mohanlal's Oppam and Prithviraj's Oozham, which were released on September 8, opened to great response from the audience. Mohanlal's Oppam is already breaking box office records.

Prithviraj took to Twitter and shared this exciting news.

Lucifer is written by actor-writer Murali Gopy and the project will be bankrolled by Ashirvad Cinemas. However, it isn't clear if Prithviraj will act along with Lalettan in this film.

Prithviraj will be next seen in Roshini Dinaker's romantic musical film My Story, which will have Parvathy menon playing the female lead.

Meanwhile, the teaser of Mohanlal's Puli Murugan has already created a buzz among the fans. Directed by Vysakh, the film has music by Gopi Sundar and is slated to release on October 7.
