Vasani and Le Bars lead effort to create Djibouti centre

A task force chaired by Baiju Vasani of Jones Day and Benoît Le Bars of Lazareff Le Bars is working to establish an international arbitration centre in the East African trade hub of Djibouti – part of a wider regional effort to improve dispute resolution in the Horn of Africa.
