Kasam 14th September 2016 full episode written update: Tanuja gets Tanu's face after plastic surgery and Rishi is back to normal!

In Kasam, Ganpati celebrations are happening at Bedi house. Rishi (Ssharad Malhotra) and Tanuja (Shivani Tomar) are in a room. He says I hate you; you are Sandy’s (Shahraan Singh) niece. Rishi pushes her against a wall. A smoke is erupts in the room and Tanuja says there is a fire in the room and you are in risk. He says Sandy took away my Tanu (Kratika Sengar) from me. He says I won’t take your help. I will never be indebted to you. I only have hatred for you in my heart. The smoke engulfs the room. Outside, Manpreet (Zuber K Khan) calls the fire brigade. They say Rishi bhai is missing. Yuvi (Lalit Bisht) tries his number. Rishi drags Tanuja through the corridor. He faints and Tanuja screams for help. She cries, a Rishi. A burning pillar is about to fall on him but Tanuja holds it. It falls on her while Rishi is unconscious. The fire burns Tanuja’s face. Manpreet and Yuvi try Rishi’s number but to no avail. Nidhi takes buckets of water to douse the fire. Beeji remembers that years ago Tanu saved Rishi from a deadly fire. She thanks Goddess Kali that no one is inside. Rishi’s number is unreachable. The firemen come in and say two people are inside. Rano (Vibha Chibber) says my Rishi is trapped inside. At the hospital, Raaj is distraught. Yuvi tells him to be strong. He says how many times I will see my son fight life and death. Nakul says it was due to a short circuit that happened due to faulty Ganpati decorations. Rano tells Beeji that you had great faith in Tanuja and told her to do the decorations. Nidhi says thank god no one remembers that I did the lighting. Beeji says it is possible that Tanuja might have saved Rishi. Rano says she is no Tannu. If there was no Tanuja our house would not have caught fire, says Rano. The doctor comes and says that Tanuja’s face is badly burnt and she needs plastic surgery. Rano says you can do what you want but we will not spend any money on Tanuja. Beeji tells the doctor to do her treatment and says my grandson will foot the bills. He says her face is badly disfigured. Manpreet comes and asks about Rishi. The doctor tells him that Rishi has lost all will to live. It is a complicated case. He needs some motivation to get out of this. Manpreet says I will get Tanu’s photo. Beeji hunts the house for a picture of Tannu. Finally, she manages to find a single snap in an old suitcase. She calls John and asks him to get an envelope. Beeji looks at the moon and says God you are the one above who knows everything that happened at my home. My heart says Tanuja has saved Rishi. I feel she hurt herself trying to save him. My heart says so, exclaims Beeji. Manpreet also looks for a snap of Tanu and finally manages to get his hand on one. Beeji says God you know everything, please set things right for that girl, let her be the Tanu in Rishi’s life. She says my heart feels she is Rishi’s Tanu. John and Manpreet collide and photo falls from Manpreet’s hand. Beeji tells the moon that when you come out you do not bring the storm with you. She says it seems the universe is conspiring for something new to happen. Beeji feels something unusual will happen. The bells ring in the Kali Mata temple. John gets an envelope for Beeji. Rishi is on life support and slowly opens his eyes. Rano says doctor Rishi is gaining consciousness. The doctor smiles at them.

Beeji brings Tannu’s photo and tells the doctor to do surgery on Tanuja. Ahana (Aditi Rathore) tells Beeji that Rishi is safe. They say Wahe Guru. Doctor says he needs care for three months. Family members surround Rishi and he remembers the fire. He asks where is Tanuja. Rano says her face is burnt. Beeji says the doctor has said she will be fine in three months. Rishi remembers Sandy and feels God has given the punishment to Tanuja, which she deserved. After three months, they are in breakfast table. Manpreet tells Yuvraj why don’t you tell your wife to stop talking. Raaj says people feel men are jallad but it is other way round. Rano comes and asks them what they are talking about. She scolds Raaj about his medicines. She says Ahana you did not give him tablets. She asks where Rishi is. They say he is in the gym with Nakul. Raaj says he has become so energetic post the accident.

Doctor tells Tanuja that she will see her face after three months. He says there is nothing to worry. He slowly removes the bandages. Nidhi sees it and is shocked. She shouts what have you done doctor, she is not my sister and you have given her the wrong face. Tanuja gets flashes of the Goddess.

She asks the nurse to get a mirror for her. The doctor tells Nidhi that her sister is traumatised. The doctor says we gave her lot of medicines so she has gained weight. He says she will be normal in a few days. He says we made it as per the snap given to me. He says I will show you the photo and tells her that Rishi’s Beeji gave him the original photograph. Inside, Tanuja wonders what went wrong with her face.

Manpreet and Yuvraaj say he has changed after that incident. He used to be so arrogant before. Beeji says I will hit both of you. Rano says I faked Raaj’s heart disease to get Rishi back to life. Ahana overhears here and says Mamma you forced Rishi to live his life just for Papaji’s sake. She says it is nice to see Rishi fondly remembering Tannu and his happy times with her and not her death. She says it is only a mother who can bring back happy times in a family.

In the room, Nakul and Rishi are boxing. He punches Nakul on his face. Nakul protests. Rishi says you need to work hard to win. He teases him. Rano calls them for breakfast. Raaj says I feel healthy on seeing you. He says I remember how mischievous you used to be when we came back from the US. Manpreet tells Rishi to have tea.

Rishi tells people not to apologise. He says my grief has burned away in the fire. Tanu’s memories are happier ones now. I remember our good times. Rishi says I feel Tanu was with me for these 20 years. He feels I lived a lifetime with Tannu. Manpreet says please taste the tea made by Tannu’s sister, Ahana.

Yuvraj’s wife Divya comes with dhokla. They force him to eat that. Rishi sips the tea and feels no one can make tea like Tannu.

The doctor shows the snap to Nidhi and says this is the photo given by Beeji. She says how it is possible. The doctor has to rush elsewhere.

Nidhi calls up Neha (Renee Dhyani). She scolds her saying what was the need to go to hospital to see Tanuja. Nidhi says the operation has gone wrong. She tells them that the doctor has given the wrong face to Tanuja. She tells them to come immediately. Bani (Roma Bali) says let us go to hospital and see how much can we charge the hospital for medical negligence.

Tanuja tries to see her snap in a steel dish. She is extremely distressed. Finally, she sees a bit and is distraught. She wonders if Rishi is fine. Tanuja thinks nothing happened to him. She feels I have been here for three months but he did not come once to see me. Does he hate me so much or is he left without any feelings? Why do I think so much about it? Why do I always see his face? What is our relationship?
