Vicky Donor’s lead actor was as fantastic as the film. Ayushamnn debuted with this gem of a film and made a strong mark. His realness and comic timing made an instant connect with the audience and well deservingly he won the Filmfare Award for The Best Debut. His next films didn’t work at the box-office but no one pointed fingers at his skills. And last year, he got back in the big game again with Dum Laga Ke Haisha. 2016’s sleeper hit was an endearing film and Ayushmann nailed his role. His character wasn’t the most likeable guy but he worked wonders with his magic.
Rockstar Khurrana!
He made the nation sing along with Paani da rang (Vicky Donor) and took home the Black Lady in the Best Playback Singer (Male) category. He followed it up with Saddi galli (Nautanki Saala!). And if playback singing wasn’t good enough, he made a big splash with his chartbuster singles Mitti Di Khushboo and Yahaan Hoon Main. And now, the man is no less then a rockstar with all his stage shows and international tours going houseful. What’s not to love in man who sings so perfectly?
