See Lily Aldridge in a 73 carat necklace as the new face of Bulgari

Ever wonder what it's like to wear more than 73 carats of jewels in one necklace?

"It is just a dream come true," says Lily Aldridge, the new ambassador for Bulgari, who was photographed by Maria Testino in some impressive jewels for the brand's new campaign.

And, of course, it's not a Bulgari campaign without the iconic Serpenti design. In photos released today, Aldridge poses in one with an oval-shaped sapphire that's an impressive 13.55 carats, and another with an incredible 73 carats of emeralds, sapphires and diamonds.

The campaign is a change for the model, who is known for her work with Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated.

"You feel so different. Just being in the studio versus the beach or in a bikini, it's a very different feeling," Aldridge told us at the launch event. "But (it) feels so good, to be this elegant Bulgari woman."

She's also had plenty of support from friends Martha Hunt, one of the new faces of Michael Kors' Access, and Gigi Hadid, who launched a collection with Tommy Hilfiger on Friday.

"I saw Martha the other night, and I see Gi all the time. We really are just best friends and root for each other, and it's really wonderful to have a great support system and nice to see your friends just doing awesome."
