JD Majethia returns to acting after seven years

Actor-turned-producer JD Majethia is back to acting after a hiatus of seven years with 'Khidki'. And what better way to return than his own show, in which he also features as a host. The last time he was seen acting was in 'Khichdi', following which he featured in a few reality shows. He stayed away from acting as he got busy with production of shows. He says, “I would love to act more, but I am mostly busy with production work.I particularly loved this story and insisted on playing the part.”
The story is about his uncle, who gets possessed by a ghost. “It’s rare for a host to act in the same show. Also, it is the first time I am playing a possessed man on television,” he adds.
